It worked better than I expected. I was frustrated with how long I had to wait, but once it finally came through, I was pleasantly surprised.

"They never have my lenses in stock"
I don’t know what whoever runs this is doing, but every time I try to order my usual lenses they’re either out of stock or just not available. It’s really frustrating, and I usually end up buying them somewhere else. What’s the point of the site if the stuff people need isn’t even there?

I ordered a pair of glasses from lomb.com and was a little nervous about how the delivery would go, but it ended up being totally smooth. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would.

The box was in good shape too, not crushed or beat up or anything. It was a simple order with no chasing or waiting around, which I appreciate. I’d use them again for sure, and if they offer any kind of credit or discount for feedback, I’d definitely be happy to take it.

"Arrived safely, just a small dent on the box"
My order from Land of Make Believe showed up in a solid box, and everything inside was protected well. One corner of the package was a little crushed, but thankfully nothing was damaged. Overall, I felt relieved when I opened it and saw everything was fine, so I’m happy with the experience.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was strange — tight in some spots and loose in others. I remember this brand being more comfortable before, so I was disappointed. I tried wearing it for a bit and hoped it would feel better, but it just wasn’t comfortable at all

I had to reach out to lomb.com about a warranty issue recently. To be fair, they did get back to me and the problem was sorted in the end, which I appreciated. The process just felt a bit slow. I had to send a few emails and explain the same situation more than once, so it wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t bad service, just kind of average. They helped me eventually, but I think it could’ve been quicker and easier.

"Pretty much what I expected, usable, but clunky"
I went into lomb.com kind of expecting it to be a little awkward to use, it mostly confirmed that for me. It works fine if you’re just browsing around, but it felt a bit slow and I had to click through more pages than I thought I would to find basic info. The menus make sense after a while, but they’re not exactly intuitive at first. It’s not a bad website, just one of those sites that could really use a cleaner layout and a simpler flow.

"Pretty frustrating overall"
I wasn’t happy with my experience using lomb.com. The site was confusing from the start. Hard to figure out. Support took a while to get back to me, and when they did, it didn’t really feel like they took my issue seriously. Maybe other people have better luck with it. For me though, it was just annoying and not worth the hassle...
